Over the years as an entertainer, I have had the distinct privilege to work with some amazing entertainers on the female impersonation circuit. These cabaret performers and illusionist transform themselves from male to some of the most beautiful females for the sake of performance art and creativity with the use of makeup, wigs, poise, gait and costume to create their character's personas. It truly is an art form, and the more I got in to photography, my co-stars in show have becomes some of my favorite muses. In fact, on my YouTube channel some of their videos are some of the channel's most popular, which I hope will delight my subscribers for years to come.

One of the fiercest female impersonators I ever had the priviledge of working with. Deborah is a former Miss Stiletto's, Performers Awards of Detroit (PAD) Entertainer of the Year, along with many other titles. Always very creative and is also well versed in the makeup & hairstyling departments. I loved their expression in this one and connect with the camera, so it's a keeper.

We woke up at 5 am and drove down to Haulover Beach to catch a most magnificent sunrise and click some pics of Diva. Diva has been one of my most consistent models and has never let me down. We have been friends for 22 years. There has never been a time of disappointment from Diva; whether as a model, entertainer, makeup artist, wardrobe stylist...and, most of all, friend. 22 years of nothing but greatness and ...consistency. Diva was my Photography by Cassone's sites Feature of the Year 2006, is a former Miss Gigi's 1996-97 and captured the title Female Impersonator of the Year 2008. This has remained one of my favorite pics in my portfolio. I especially loved Diva's choice of colors for wardrobe and makeup. We definitely CAN indeed say, as my fellow Italians would: "Brava Diva!"
