Life Happens...

My hiatus from this blog is finally over. My life has been complicated the past year or so; fighting ilnness, going back to work, getting back on my feet. That being said, it has been quite a learning experience. I may look windblown and tattered, but I am battle tested and ready to start living again. If you feel your mental health is slipping, take it seriously and ASK FOR HELP. There are so many resources out here, even still in these trying times.
